  1. Cook lentils with water in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Set aside.

  2. Transfer lentils into a saucepan and cooking on medium-high heat for 20 minutes.

  4. In a blender, combine all spices and transfer mixture to the skillet.

  5. Next, add tomatoes and green bell peppers with water and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
