Prep the necessary ingredients for the marinade and thinly slice the beef.
Mince the garlic, finely chop the scallions and grate the pear and onion.
Add the minced ingredients to the beef slices.
Add in brown sugar.
Add in the sesame oil.
Add the light soy sauce.
Season it all off with white/black pepper and salt as needed.
Allow the beef to rest in the fridge for an hour or so.
Stir-fry the beef over the stove top on high heat.
Set out all the components of the lettuce wraps.
Spread a little gochujang on each lettuce leaf, spoon a little rice on top, followed by the bulgogi. Wrap and enjoy!
