Ingredients

  • 2 Large Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Masa harina
  • 1.25 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken

  2. Add Onions and Garlic

  3. Add Orange and Lime

  4. Add Spices

  5. Make tortillas. Mix the dough, roll dough into balls and press

  6. Cook tortilas - each should take about 2 minutes

  7. Prepare toppings

  8. Shred the chicken

  9. Build your tacos, dig in and enjoy
