5-Ingredient Salmon Miso Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 g of salmon spine scraps
  • 4 heaping tablespoons of yellow miso paste
  • 1 rectangular package of silken tofu cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of dried wakame
  • 3-4 stalks of spring onions chopped thinly

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients

  2. Pre-boil the salmon

  3. After 10 minutes on medium heat, slowly add in the tofu and wakame. Stir from time to time by using the back of your ladle to avoid breaking up the tofu. 

  4. After about 5 minutes, sieve in the miso paste

  5. Sprinkle the scallions over the soup
