  • 1.5 cups chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup raw macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup pecans
  • cup paleo mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Cracked black pepper to taste


  1. Chop the broccoli and place into a large bowl

  2. Add dry ingredients (nuts, pecans)

  3. Stir in the mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar

  4. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper on top

  5. Serve and enjoy!
