crushed (a teaspoon of garlic powder will be sufficient)

ground ginger

ground cumin

paprika
A sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper

tpsp tomato paste

salt

lemon juice
One can of chopped tomatoes
Fresh Coriander

Tbsp
soya single cream
or more depending on how creamy you want your curry
Your choice of rice
Instructions
Heat the Oil in a large saucepan
Add in the chicken
Mix in the Chopped tomatoes
Add in the Cream
Mix in the fresh coriander
Serve!
