Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 large russet potatoes peeled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Peel / wash the potatoes, then use a mandolin to thinly slice

  3. Add cream

  4. Add cheese and mix

  5. Add garlic and spices

  6. Add a layer of parmesan

  7. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 1 hour
